Do you give out RAW images?
No, we do not give out RAW images. This is because when you work with us you are trusting that we will give you the best photos.
What types of photography do you do?
We do modern and artistic photography along with some editorial photography. We focus on capturing our client's candid moments and emotions. We focus on more warm photos, however, if wanted we can do cooler photos as well.
Why should I hire a professional photographer?
It really is important to hire a professional photographer to capture those photos that you can look back on and cherish for the rest of your life. While we know that hiring a photographer can be expensive, but we spend so much time working to know our cameras and create the most beautiful photos for you. This is your time to get in front of the camera, relax, get directed on poses/prompts, and truly just enjoy yourself.
How do we receive our photos?
We send you your photos through a private gallery. Through this gallery you can download your photos in both high-resolution and web-size images. You are also able to share this gallery with friends and family.
How long will it take to receive my photos?
The time frame for recieving your gallery is depending on what kind of session it is. For couples, senior, maternity, families, and newborn it is about four weeks. For weddings, it is 4-6 weeks since wedding galleries are much larger. However, we try to deliver your gallery on or before your 1 month anniversary.
What happens if you get sick or injured and cannot photograph me?
If we get sick or injured and cannot photograph you, depending on if the shoot day is changeable, we will try and reschedule. However, if it is not for example a wedding, we are well connected with a couple of different photographers who can take our place and we will edit the photos in our style.
Do I get the copyright to my photos?
Yes, you absolutely get the copyright to your photos. This makes it so that you can print and post your photos. However, you cannot re-edit the photos or mess with them in any way. They have to stay the same images that we deliver to you.
Do you instruct for posing? I'm kind of awkward/unphotogenic.
Yes, we absolutely instruct for posing! We always start off with some poses that help the nerves so that you feel less awkward with the camera. We do this so that our clients can start to feel more confident and trust us in the process. The biggest thing with photography is letting your personality and emotion show through the photos. This makes the most beautiful images.
